- The person authorized to speak on behalf of a Camp is its Commander or his designated representative. No brother, other than the Camp Commander, shall take it upon himself to speak for, or attempt to obligate his Camp in any way, unless this activity is at the express direction of the Camp Commander, in connection with the duties of a camp office he holds, or as otherwise permitted by the Constitution and Regulations or applicable by-laws of the Order.
